About Bok Loop
Keep The Stories Moving
Bok Loop was created for book lovers, by book lovers, with a focus on sustainability and inclusion.

The story of
Bok Loop
In an increasingly digital world, we are dedicated to spreading that extra bit of joy while reading, that only physical books can bring.
We have all felt the impatient of waiting for a book to arrive in the mail, or the sudden sadness when closing a book after the last page..
Bok Loop is a physical bookstore where you can easily trade in books you’ve read and pick up new ones.
Through our membership, Bok Loop offers a book exchange model with a wide selection of books, a forum where you can discuss and interpret books with others, author visits, readings, and other events. This way you become a part of a community while reading both sustainably and affordably.
The founder
Ada is the mind behind Bok Loop. She realized she could no longer bombard her partner with enthusiasm and storytelling after every book that made an impression on her.
Comment sections on social media were a place to share, but the comments just disappeared into each other.
Her love for reading was so strong, but the budget didn’t stretch far enough.
E-books became the next step, but much of the joy disappeared with the screen..
How could this be solved?
What could be done to make reading more accessible to others?
Where could people discuss and interpret books together?
And that’s how Bok Loop was born!
Bok Loop is a whole community of people who share the love for books and stories.
Books are not just a cover and pages—they are impressions, memories and history.
